We continue to take appointments for all new matters including criminal matters, family law, restraining orders, personal injury, wills and estates, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship and advance health directives.

Family Law Matters
We understand that clients’ family law matters do not stop during this difficult time; indeed you may be experiencing new or more challenges in this area.
Our family law team continue to take appointments and are ready to assist you with all matters relating to separation, divorce, children and property. Please contact us to arrange an appointment if you require assistance. The Family Court of Western Australia is still accepting applications, with most hearings are currently by phone. Applications for consent orders do not require court attendance.
Appointments
Where possible, all appointments will be by phone or video conferencing (Skype, Facetime or other platforms). However, where absolutely necessary, face to face appointments can be arranged subject to prioritising the health and safety of all concerned.

Property and Business Settlements
Property settlements are continuing to occur. We are registered for electronic property settlements with PEXA. If you need a settlement agent or require assistance with a property related matter please contact us for an appointment. Young & Young property settlement fees are competitive with settlement agency fees, with the added peace of mind of supervision and assistance from qualified lawyers when required.
Our experienced lawyers supervise and conduct business settlements and can advise on all aspects of business sale transactions and settlements.
Delivery and Collection of Documents
Should you need to collect or drop off documents to our office, please contact us by telephone in the first instance so that we may advise of the appropriate process for your situation. Please note that we have a delivery slot in the front door of our Bunbury office at ground level.
Courts and other disputes
Subject to protective health measures, courts in Bunbury and Perth remain operational. Our lawyers are continuing to attend court when required.
